Obviously this is an easy meal. To make it even easier I use my pressure cookers! Cooks the ckicken in 12 minutes in the sauce. It is so tender and delicious that it is a popular supper request with leftovers for lunches.
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of Soy Vey Very Teryaki sauce
1/2 cup of water
Prepared rice
Place thawed out chicken breast in the water, turn the heat to medium. Pour the teryaki sauce over the chicken and close the lid. Once pressure has been reached set your timer for 12 minutes. In the meantime grill any veggies or clear the table because you want to serve this dish hot. When your timer goes off use your quick pressure release and serve when all pressure has been expelled.
