So I know I am no expert.... but I think I am going to try this at bedtime.. My reasoning is that if I do it in the morning then just pile food into my body along with coffee, then the lemon doesn't get to do its job.
I will check in periodically over the next month and let you all know how it goes. Its 11pm on July 16th and I just drank a cup with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Cheers!
